Our farm rests in the the shadow of Morro Rock, a large volcanic formation that protects the mouth of Morro Bay. Once an island, large boulders were blasted from the "Rock" to build jetties and redirect water flow, creating a perfect harbor and protecting the serene estuary that our oysters thrive in.
